Before moving to Florida I had a very loyal and respectful hair stylist for 15 years, so I know what good client care looks like. Unfortunately, my most recent experience changed my perception. When I tried to book an appointment, I was unexpectedly told I needed to put down an 80% deposit and that I couldn’t schedule future appointments until I did. As a regular client, this felt surprising and inconsistent. After I questioned it, the appointment was eventually booked but my concern was never acknowledged. Took my girls to get their first hair cut today! From the moment we walked in everyone was so nice. My girls got a wash, deep conditioning and cut. So happy with the results and will be back for my Mommy Day! Thank you Diosmary for taking your time and being so patient with my girls 💕
