I visited this salon for a wash, blowout, and trim. During the service, I had a feeling something was off, but I didn’t question it at the time. On wash day, I noticed my natural curls were no longer returning, even after doing multiple restorative treatments over the next two days. A significant portion of my hair is now straight from root to end, with some sections showing partial curl but straightened ends. This has never happened to me from a blowout before. Based on my experience and what I’ve read in other reviews, I am in the process of having my hair analyzed by a forensic lab. I am exploring legal options based on the findings. I do not recommend this place.

When I came in, I was so discouraged with my natural hair. I thought relaxer or just cut it off, but these ladies here helped me so much. I got a deep conditioner, blow out and trim and my hair looks brand new!!! I didn't know it was so long. She did a phenomenal job, I'm so happy! I will be back and bring my daughters! Thank you for everything!

Glenis did a great job with my wash and blowout. My hair was very clean after the wash. She gave me deep conditioner so my hair stays moisturized regardless of the heat. My hair looked perfect even before she used the flat iron. I have type 3 hair, and she made my hair very silky and straight. I love it so much! Their pricing is also very good, only $80 for the wash + blowout and $15 for deep conditioner!

My Daughter had an amazing experience for her first time with Alexandra. Her hair looks so healthy and beautiful. We will definitely be back again. So glad we found this place.
