Found this place on the web. Both ladies working today were nice. I asked for wash, cut and blow. The woman who took care of me didn’t listened to details. I have well (past tense, had long hair). She cut more than I asked. I asked for layers over layers and for my hair to be flowi once done with the blow. But instead she cut way too much of my hair and by the time she was done my hair was shorter than I wanted and flat. Charged me $90 bucks! 🙄🙄 I tipped her because she worked hard and felt bad leaving and not tipping. The One Star ⭐️ is for Effort! I came home and fixed my hair myself and it looks amazing now. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Went in to ask about services around 5:15 because Google said they closed at 6:30. I was uncomfortable as soon as I entered because all staff was under the dryer and speaking Spanish. One of them immediately said “mañana” to the male receptionist. I already knew that meant they did not want to service me. He stated they “worked” a lot all day and was not taking anymore customers they decided to close early even though their doors were still open. lol. Isn’t that the point of having a business to have a lot of customers ??? I didn’t even question it I just walked out. So unprofessional and rude. Never will be returning ever. ZERO stars if I could.

Don’t come to this salon , it is very expensive , they charge me 93$ for regular wash , air blowing and flat iron , trim

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a horrible experience here. The woman doing my hair was very unpleasant, repeatedly mentioning how my hair was “way too long, and too thick”, and how difficult it was to blowout my hair. I heard constant complaints during what is otherwise usually a fun, relaxing experience for me. Yes, I have long and thick hair, but NEVER has any hairstylist complained about it in such a rude way. Is this not the service I am paying for? Why are you complaining in such a manner? And, to top it all off, she charged me $80!!!!!!! for a simple wash and blow! I did not use a flat iron, hair rollers, curling iron, or anything else. Also, weirdly enough, the woman who did my hair asked the other stylist there how much she should charge me. DO Not come here! I went for a Rinse color and wash n set. The woman with blond hair was told my color Burgundy Brown to use in my hair. Instead , they didn't have that color and put a completely different rinse color in my hair!! My hair came out Black and when I asked to see the bottle they used, it was not the color I asked for. I contacted the owner, she reviewed my msgs and said nothing. They in turned charged me $60.00! Do not go here, they are rude, speak about you in Spanish and the owner does not keep anyone accountable.
