Yeah never going back there she literally did my hair how she wanted and persisted to tell me it's good and look good How are you going to tell me what you think looks good when I gave you clear instructions that I wanted me hair bone straight with a middle party. Instead of trimming my ends she literally cut my hair I keep up on my trims so it wasn't like inches need to be cut off just a dust. Then she didn't even throughly press my hair she pressed the ends how do you blow dry my hair and just because you think it's straight enough just press the ends. Then she coughing since I've walked in the door never covering her mouth and or even have a mask on just hacking, never washed or sanitized her hands. I came to this establishment for the first time. I was not disappointed. My hair was thoroughly washed and conditioned. My hair was placed in rollers and I was put under the dryer. I didn't know any of the stylists. Betty, however did my hair. I was completely satisfied. She did an awesome job. I recommend both the shop and my stylist, Betty. Superb!!!

I came in for a wash and blow dry. The lady who was washing my hair had it tangled up in a small comb and continued to pull my hair. I told her what was she doing she said your hair is tangled. So after 25mins of finally getting the comb out my head she then conditioned and then blow-dried but my head was on fire and I kept telling them my head is burning . So after a week my hair began to fall out. I have never had this happen to me... So Pissed off.....

Just don’t come here if you’re black and natural lol. Very disappointed my hair looked horrible. They told me $180 on the phone for keratin then tried to charge me $250 I said I can’t do that, they charged me $220 for this trainwreck! It’s not even processed properly my roots were still curly and within 2 days my hair was curling up again. I picked this salon bc they’ve been in business so long I assumed they’d do a good job obviously I was wrong. Spent over $200 to look worse than I walked in. There’s no reason a press should hang like that these people don’t know what they’re doing she didn’t even chase when flat ironing. They also when I came in tried to tell me to get some damaged hair treatment instead that I’ve never even heard of. My hairs not damaged it hadn’t even touched heat sin

I have been coming to this hair salon for over 10yrs. I have never been disappointed. Last year, I colored my hair for the first time. Betty did an amazing job, and I continue to come back each season to change it up!
