Dolores African American Hair Braiding

Usually I only go here for my sew-in today i decided to give them a try for some feed-in braids and got very disappointed to the point I took the braids that was done by them already out my hair on the spot and got my things and left the braids was big and sloppy and they also was not feed-in braids each braid had a big knots at the root that is not how you do feed-in braids i will never return to this shop again after them playing in my face like that........

Delores has always done nice braiding since i was 16yrs ive been going to her i even take my daughter to her. But since 21' she has fell off her braiders are slow they dont know what they are doing. If you show them a hairstyles they say they can do it and cant so they waste your time. The braids are sliding out 2weeks after. So i have found a better braid shop and i wont be wasting my hard earned money for a half job .

Horrible customer service! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I asked for a long ponytail braid but once I got there I was told that I am responsible for the pony tail she could only do the braid… so I ran to the beauty supply did my OWN ponytail then she took it off did one herself with a rubber band which did not hold the ponytail. Next day I went to see if she could fix it and she said if she took it off and fixed it I would have to pay again. I paid $35 and was given back $25 because she didn’t feel like fixing it instead.
