Took my son to get his hair retwisted. They took great care of my handsome boy and did a wonderful job. The hair lab was spacious, clean, organized and the employees were kind 😊 I got a training session on the hairstyle so I can practice at home 😬

I am giving 4/5 because depending on the day, parking could be an issue. This was my first visit to the salon. Rose was my stylist. She is very professional and patient (I changed my style at the last minute). Rose was able to give me the look I wanted AND left my hair feeling moisturized. I am definitely booking another appointment!

I've been here about 2 times in the past, but this experience was different for me. I booked online and received a confirmation of my appointment. When I get there the time of my appointment, the stylist isn't there. I called and texted before receiving an answer. She informed me she wasn't feeling good. There's a young lady with no one in her chair, so I first asked if she knew how to do what I wanted and asked if she was available to do my hair. She said yes, so we got started while washing my hair. I informed her how I liked my hair, and she agreed that there was nothing wrong with my request. Very detailed when doing hair, very customer friendly, works with my sensitive scalp and gives solutions and treatments for my scalp, the shop has an amazing vibe everybody is friendly and welcoming

I’m finally Home, People with disabilities as myself are usually treated unfairly!! Not @ Dolli’z Natural Hair lab. Not only is the Shop Clean and Positive Vibes with Energy that is The Best in Town. Every one is Professional and Kind.!!! I felt like I was related to everyone the way I was treated! Very Professional and outstanding Hairstylist and Barber on Premises!!! 100% if you get an appointment with anyone in this shop !! I Promise You!!! You will be amazed!!! Prices are great!!!
