I decided to stop in to grab an eye pencil and hair glue. To my surprise I was greeted with some old school soul music and a warm welcoming. Now I was taken back a bit because I am so used to the total opposite. Amy was putting out new products along with her husband. She stopped what she was doing to help me locate what I needed. While checking out she was still engaged and was telling me about the new hair products she was putting out. She walked me to the area to show the variety of the new hair after checking me out. I was set on getting knotless braids this weekend but because of my experience just within those 5 minutes I was in there made me come back 5 minutes later to purchase hair I would have just gotten offline. Over 25 year customer; on 01/23/26 purchased synthetic hair extensions. Have purchased previously not new product to me. I purchased 7 pks @ 11.99. One pk was very dry, frizzy and not usable. I returned back to exchange it I was told it doesn’t look like the others. That was exactly my point. Would not exchange it. I walked out and will never walk back in to patronize this establishment. Also found product for $2.00 less else where, shop around.. ****Amy did not try to work with me; that hair was returned in the same exact manner in which it was purchased. The reason it was asked to be exchanged it was not usable. Your prices are for the local area only hair store in Pottstown, your prices are higher.
