Dolee Nails

I absolutely hate how my nails turned out. I was charged $70, having spent 3 hours in the shop, with nails that look awful as a result. I asked for white French tips with a 3D flower on each ring finger. The first woman who helped me was struggling to even do the French tips and asked a second woman for help. She then completely started my nails over, and began trying for the 3D flower. She was struggling and then asked a third woman to help. This woman shaped the flower and left the second woman to finish painting. They look as though a child did them. No one was friendly about this interaction. I will not be returning. I have included photos of my nails. The last photo is what they were shown to duplicate.

This is our second visit to Elite Nails. As a man, it can be a bit uncomfortable going to nail salons, but the staff here are very welcoming, and the service is excellent. We had the Royal pedicure, which was an hour of pure relaxation and pampering. They treated my dad with great respect, which I really appreciated. My sister chose different colors for her gel nails and said they did an amazing job. Vivial and the owner (I forgot her name!) are both fantastic.

I ❤️ love everyone here. They do an excellent job. Open all the time. Super nice. Accommodate all of my crazy nail art demands. Atmosphere is top notch, really pretty and good vibe.

I had an appointment booked two weeks in advance, but still ended up waiting over 40 minutes before being seen. The actual service itself was fine, but the long wait time completely defeated the purpose of scheduling ahead. It’s really disappointing when a salon doesn’t respect appointment times especially when you plan in advance to avoid delays. I hope they work on better time management and honoring bookings in the future.
