Highly recommend this place!! Edward popped off on my nails . Literally the best nails I’ve ever gotten done and I’ve had my nails done all over the country. If I ever move away from Owings mills, I’m gonna be driving back here. He was so meticulous and patient, I’ve never seen anyone take so much care in doing nails. I’m in loveeeee with my design!
