Great service. I drive all the way from Pasadena to see Shanna. She is always courteous and listens to my concerns about my hair. I am very neurotic about it and she always listens and gives helpful suggestions. She is also a gifted colorist that has managed to pull of several color combos that I didn’t think would work. She is an absolute gem.
