Do Or Dye

Rebecca is wonderful. She has been cutting/coloring my hair for several years now. She is very creative when my hair isn’t long enough to use foils. Flexible in her schedule too which I appreciate. My husband gets his haircut with Rebecca as well and she does a great job.

I went to Rebecca a couple of times. The last time, six months ago, she literally butchered my hair. Extremely short, feathered sides! Awful. Short layers too. I’ve never had a worse haircut in my life. I waited all summer trying to pin it back and let it grow. A nightmare. Yesterday, I went to an experienced stylist who said he was shocked at how chopped up it was, and it will take at least two more cuts to straighten it out. So now, I’ll let it grow another six months to try and get it to the point where he can completely fix it. I’ve been very upset (and angry) about it. I DO NOT recommend anyone go to Rebecca.

I don’t like to write negative reviews but I need to. I had the worst experience with Becca. She told me I just needed a trim and she ended up chopping a majority of my hair off. My highlights also look horrible. She gave me “curtain bangs” and it looks like I’m growing a mullet. I told her that it takes forever for my hair to grow back. My wedding trial is next month and how short my hair is ruins what I had envisioned for my wedding. I really wish I had read the reviews before going to her. I will not be going back.

I have been seeing Beka for many years, and she’s WONDERFUL!!! Beka is so talented and I am always incredibly pleased with my hair. She’s great at cutting, highlighting, and styling, and she’s a wonderful conversationalist!!!

I wish I had read reviews before agreeing to Rebecca cutting my hair. She is not knowledgeable about how to cut hair or how best to choose a style relative to a face shape. I now know why she is so inexpensive. That has ended yup costing us a lot as I now need another haircut. I will find a new hair stylist.
