If I could give it 0 stars I would… all I wanted was a simple French tip. Came in at 2 and didn’t leave until 5. As a first time customer I didn’t know that the acrylic would burn my nails so when I have a reaction to them burning everybody is walking over tryna figure out what’s wrong…. They put the gel on my skin and I’m telling them if it’s gunna burn that bad for every nail then I’m all set. So they gave me these cheap glue ons which aren’t gunna last because I work with my hands and these do not look durable. She also cut me so many times I lost count. Twice on one nail. When you have new customers come in, explain your nail techniques or whatever and give them a warning IT WILL BURN. The fact that they acted surprised knowing it burns a lot the first time pissed me off too. Someone’

We were staying at the Hampton Inn for a concert and on a whim walked in to get pedicures. Staff was so accommodating and friendly. I got the shea butter massage package and there was a mud treatment, hot stone rub and my feet feel amazing now. Ended with a warm shoulder massage and the angel of a nail tech literally wrestled my skinny jeans back down for me. What a nice way to start our day of fun! Definitely would make this a regular place in the area. 10 of 10 best experience ever

I want to start by saying I would write this review regardless of whether my experience was positive or negative. Unfortunately, my experience was quite horrible. I received a pedicure and gel extensions for $120, and at this stage of my life, I speak up when something doesn’t feel right or look acceptable—especially when paying for professional services. First, the technician told me he was charging me extra to cut my cuticles, but then had the audacity to ask for my help during the service. He had me hold a small flashlight to cure my nails while he pressed them on with glue. I joked that the $10 cuticle fee should be waived since he needed my assistance to do my own nails in his salon. When he was shaping my nails, they were clearly very crooked, so I immediately let him know this wasn’

Went on Friday, and the power was out but they had a generator so they could still see clients which was awesome. The person on the phone and the gentleman who acted as the manager was super nice, even giving us a small lotion as a holiday gift when we left. Unfortunately, the woman who did my Dazzle Dry manicure did not wait at ALL in between coats (you need at least 2-5 min each coat) for it to cure before doing the next coat, and as a result, 2 days later, 5 of my fingers are chipped already. Which is so frustrating because I needed it to last to Christmas at least (for 5 days). When I go to my normal place they EASILY last 10-14 days so they should have easily made it 5. This was a huge waste of money, and I won’t come again because they either don’t know or don’t care on the right app

Saw Queena today for a mani/pedi. She is not only very nice but she does amazing work. My nails came out flawless. The shoulder massage was also very good! Will definitely be returning☺️
