I have curly hair and saw Mandee for a full foil, some color correction, and curly haircut. Total time in the salon was about 3.5 hours. The attention and care she gave was absolutely amazing. She loves her job and she is very good at it. I also have to say that if Cris (shampoo lady) had an appointment book, I would probably go see her once a week. She may not be for everyone if you prefer light touch but for me it was a chefs kiss!! My experience was all around top tier. 5 stars.

Saw Bailey today I am trying to go from black to blonde. I know it will be multiple visits to do it safely. I understood and completely agree with her plan to get me where I want to be. I am 100% happy with the results from my first appointment She took a long time with the color application and I’ve gotten numerous compliments since my visit!

Bailey did such a great job on my hair! I came in with a serious color correction (red box dyed hair) and was hoping to lighten it up to a more honey/ red brown. She did fantastic! I was really surprised at how good everything came out considering my circumstances.

**EDIT I have spoken with the owner of the salon and will be receiving a refund for my service. ** I have sent FOUR emails to staff over the last month to no avail. I refuse to call their front desk because I am not interested in their explanations of why it is somehow my fault my hair turned out this way. My request was fairly straightforward: rosy pink highlights. I showed my stylist Bailey the reference photo MULTIPLE times throughout the appointment. Unfortunately, I was left with hot pink hair on the top layer and a light ginger underneath. I did not see the issue in the salon so I left because I could only see the top layer. Even then, I was not completely happy with my hair because I had asked for pink highlights and left with fully pink hair. She assured me, however, that my nat
