D'Lux Nails and Spa

I went in and got my nails down for my school dance on Saturday. I am very disappointed in what the results are. My nails on my right hand are longer than the nails on my left hand. There’s some kind of gunk under them. The lady was very rude and pushy. I asked for a red heart and she put a black heart. Overall, the quality of the work and the service did not reflect the price I paid. I was hoping for a better experience and outcome, especially since this was for school. Because of this, I will be looking elsewhere to have my nails done in the future.

They do their best always. Fresh beverage is offered to me Everytime free of charge. Beautiful Christmas nails. Although I don't think the design was the best at all by far... I went back again and had terrible experience Rush didn't even know how to do hearts for Valentine's Day it actually looked terrible. My friend from work got hers done too and they were so bad!!!!

I love getting my nails done there. Everytime I go, I know Tommy will do an excellent job. I always leave with a smile on my face, knowing I will be complimented (without fail). Attached, is a picture of today’s design and some previous ones. I should keep an album for those.

3/2 - Update after the owner responded to my review- I did go back in and have them redone by Tommy. My experience with Tommy was a a night and day difference between yesterday and today. Tommy was understanding of the situation and truly made my nails so much better. Additionally, they fixed this issue free of charge. If you come here, ask for Tommy and he will take good care of you!! I don’t think it was the business itself that was the issue, I think the issue was the male nail technician. Changing my rating from a 1 to a 4 after my experience today. 3/1 - Truly a terrible experience. I went in for my wedding nails and said what I wanted. This was one of the best nail salon experiences I’ve ever had. We went for my birthday, and from the moment we walked in, the staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so nice, funny, and welcoming — the whole place had such a happy, positive vibe with smiles everywhere. My pedicure was one of the best I’ve ever had — so relaxing but fun at the same time. A huge thank you to Tee for doing such an incredible job. He made the experience extra special, and I truly appreciate the care and attention he put into my service. I will most definitely be going back and highly recommend D’Lux Nails and Spa to anyone looking for a new nail salon!
