I had a very disappointing experience. My appointment was at 1:40 PM, and I ended up waiting until almost 3:00 PM just for a clip-in installation, even though I arrived with my hair already straightened. I understand that delays can happen and I would never rush a stylist if they’re running behind, but the overall service felt unprofessional. During the appointment, the stylist seemed unsure about the process. She began braiding my hair as if I were getting a sew-in rather than installing clip-ins. She also repeatedly paused to speak with a coworker, which made the appointment take even longer. PLEASE DONT GO THERE PLEASE 🙏. They will make you pay 4 times the mount you suppose to pay. And I witch them everything bad to that place and the person who steal my money like that. Every bad to you in your life. It’s was a bad experience ever. I came and asked to get my hair cutting like a boy. And after to add purple color on it than she put red color and my all head skin stay red. Really disgusting. This lady charge me $260.43 first time in my life I see something like that. She has no shame to charge me that amount. I saw the color application was for $175. On boy hair you charge me $175 ? Why ? What amount did you used? Best beauty salon in Boston! Their work always looks flawless and super professional. I haven’t had the chance to visit yet, but their results, consistency, and client feedback speak for themselves. Definitely a top choice in the city!

I wish I could give them a good review but I just washed my hair and I have heat damage. If you have type 4 hair and wear your hair in its natural state most of the time, don’t go here because they will burn it off.
