While I do not personally shop there myself, but for my wife, they have a very large variety of hair products, wigs, extensions, needles, hooks, and other items. The pricing is decent and most items seem relatively easy to find. The staff has been attentive the few times I have been. Occasionally, it does seem a bit cluttered, which can sometimes contribute to making certain items a bit more difficult to locate. Overall, it's a good location for quality hair and beauty products.

The staff was absolutely brilliant. They help me choose the perfect wig !! The quality is on! You can straighten it you can curl it. The lace front is fantastic the baby hairs are so natural looking. Go there if you want a really good experience great wigs at a decent price. They do have higher-end items but they're a little more expensive but totally worth it. This Platinum is perfect I could never get my hair this color in real life. I am definitely going back!!!

The service was poor. Tried exchanging some of their products that was known to be chemically toxic with the same day purchase. They had no non toxic products and when I asked for a refund, I was told I could not get one. The 16 year old that was in charge call the owner on the phone and refused to let me speak with him on speaker. When I tried to get closer so he can hear me, she immediately pretended as if she was in some time of danger. She suggested that I sell the toxic products to someone else on the street or exchange it for something else in the store. They have the products that they collected and I have nothing but the receipt. I will dispute the charges with my bank. Stores should not be able to continue to carry bad products that can endanger the public health. The
