Maria did a phenomenal job with my son’s hair. There was a lot of care involved as well as expertise.

I brought my daughter in for a 1:30 appointment. We had been customers for a couple of years. In the beginning things were nice but I would never go back again the stylist was clearly in a bad mood. She kept skipping over my daughter and taking other customers. We left at 4:30 all my daughter needed was a wash, set and her hair blow dried. My daughter said she was “rough”.

I honestly love my hair. Yet, I've seen them skip over people who are not from their culture. Once I had an appointment arrived early and the owner sat on the phone talking rather than taking me. It's blatantly disrespectful. It got to the point where another worker took me. They should work on there hospitality and double checking with the clients and they'd be a force to reckon with.

I called ALL DAY long, no answer. I decided to go walk-in. No greeting NOTHING!!!! I seat and wait to be address or at least have an opportunity to talk to one of the hairdressers. The tall lady name DjiDji walks out for 20min after cutting me off and telling me to wait. At this point I’m there for 45min… I finally ask again when can my hair be done please and that’s when she tells me there’s 3 people before me. Unbelievably RUDE -_- terrible customer service.
