I went for the first time yesterday and I will be back again! They did such a great job! I was only getting a solid color but he did such a great alternative for a French tip and I’m in love! Thank you so much!

Let me start by saying that I am understandable, patient, and know that businesses have a variety of problems that they have to deal with. However, I have been to this particular location, three separate times to get my nails done. The very first time, although the nail tech was really sweet the work that she did on my nails was poor. The second time I came back, the nail tech that did my nails was phenomenal! She did my nails exactly how I wanted them to be done, which is why I came back a third time. The third time I came back, I got a different nail tech, again the work was poor. I ended up having to come back four days later because three of my nails had broken. I got online to schedule specifically with the nail tech that I had that I liked, they confirmed my appointment with her. Whe

I’ve been here twice and the second time was worse than the first! The first time I had a pedicure they told me I can only have gel! Which I do not like on my toes! I asked for callous remover which they said they had and did not! My toenails were not trimmed at all and the bottom of my feet looked and felt terrible! They removed no dead skin! I gave them another chance for a simple gel manicure . The woman barely cut down my cuticles, she filed my thumb so hard it sliced my skin, not only do my nails look horrible but she didn’t smooth the edges and my nails are catching on my clothes!! Also nobody speaks English in there so the communication is extremely difficult! And they are way overpriced!

I went in today (1/10/26) for dip powder. They first put me with a young man who kept asking what to do. Brought out nail tips and I hadn't asked for any. When the 3rd person walked over to advise him, I asked for a new tech. Multiple layers of powder was applied, 3 total not counting the base powder. At one point he drilled to smooth the top and took some of it off because it hadn't quite cured. For two nails, a 4th layer was added to correct for this. One cuticle was bleeding. Then they charged me an extra $45 on top of the $50 for my nails, because I was told that I needed a manicure first to clean my cuticles up. So they cleaned up my nails only to make a mess of them. Fantastic work! I got a full set and my toes gel polished. Quick, efficient and everything came out beautifully! Got exactly what I asked for. The salon itself is absolutely GORGEOUS and very clean and well maintained!
