I stopped going here because the work was never up to par for the price I was paying. They had been doing well on my bestie so I figured I’d go with her and give it a shot. Well of course, a bad job was done once again. All of my nails have chipped -the actual acrylic-, the shape is awful, some point up, some point down, none of them are even. I called and was told to come in the next day so I did only to be told I had to wait for the same man to fix them which I wasn’t comfortable with as he used dirty tools, cut me, and then filed my blood away THEN PUT IT BACK TO USE AGAIN. Mind you I had to wait for him if I did want him to fix them as he wasn’t even there. I paid $95 when I got them done, offered for them to give me a $25 gift certificate instead of fixing them and they wouldn’t even

My first pedicure EVER! I was a bit nervous as I have no experience with pedicures. I was mostly worried it might hurt, especially to clean up my cuticles. Turns out my fear was unfounded. Mimi did an EXCELLENT job! She took her time & was very thorough. Very pleased with the results! I'll definitely be returning, and asking for Mimi.

I have been going here for years! I leave happy ever time, my tech is great! I have gotten to know her over the years and she is not just a good tech but a good person as well. They will have my business for years to come.

This place is a mess. I went in 4hr before they close for a full set and a pedicure thinking this would be an acceptable amount of time. First was the pedicure which took about 15 minutes…couldn’t even finish an episode of my show before I was done. Minimal scrubbing, reshaped my nails (not requested) one is square the other is round. Terrible overall. Next was the full set, to my understanding when you get a full set that includes the basics of a manicure. Cuticle clean up trimming, filing, cuticle oil etc. of which I got none. He put the tips on crooked, me thinking he would file them into shape, he did not. Acrylic was laid very messy and rushed, side walls not covered, crooked the whole nine. I will never go back. First, the salon itself was dirty. There were mail clippings on the floor and mail dust everywhere. Looked like they closed yesterday and didn’t bother to clean up. Second, while I was getting my nails done, the tech nicked my cuticle so bad and then proceeded to use the clippers in the same spot. Third, my nails are all different shape. I asked for square nails and all were different shapes. I even had to go back on a couple nails to even it out because the nail was crooked! Finally, I was told after the fact of getting my nails done that because it was a Sunday, I had to pay cash only. So thank god I had my atm card and spend an extra atm fee. Never again One week in and my nails are shot. Never had a gel manicure this awful
