Divine Nail Bar - Old Denton

My wife got her nails done here yesterday, and I’m genuinely confused how this place calls itself a nail salon. I’m pretty sure I could’ve done a better job using my left hand while blindfolded. Look at this choppiness!! The nails looked less like a professional manicure and more like someone’s first day practicing on a mannequin hand. Uneven, sloppy, and honestly impressive in how bad they turned out. What really sealed the experience was the manager’s response. When we brought it up, they didn’t acknowledge the terrible work and didn’t offer to fix the mess. Apparently this is the level of quality they’re comfortable sending customers out the door with. Save your time, save your money, and save your nails. Go literally anywhere else.

Divine Nail Bar in Carrollton is absolutely amazing! Their customer service is out of this world — every single person on the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The salon itself is immaculate, beautiful, and spotless, which instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I had a gel pedicure with Ruth, and it was truly incredible from start to finish. She took her time with every single step and gave me the best massage I have ever had. The attention to detail was unmatched, and I left feeling so pampered. Everything about the experience was a 10 out of 10 — it could not have been better. I realize that I’m a guy, and my toenails are less than desirable, but that’s why I went in to get a pedicure. At one point, as I’m wincing from pain, the technician ask if that hurt, and if I’m okay. I grunt and nod and then sit back. As she moves to the other side of my big toe, digging in with the same degree as she did the other side, I wince again slightly, thinking I must just be overly soft and/or sensitive. As she moves to the other foot though, and I look down, I see blood on both sides of my big toe. After she’s done trimming and scraping the dead skin from my feet, she transitioned to the massage and paraffin treatment. That was enjoyable, and I have no complaints there. Horribly done. Very untidy work, shapeless bumpy and disappointed. Look at my nails, dry, wobly, all around my nails. Dirty work. I also got pedi.. that was done fine. Nail polis all around my cuticles and nail beds. I have a trip and this is the result. What a time waste and money waste. I am soo mad and disappointed.

They are very well organized, friendly my pedi was with Cristina she is very gentle and kind! They are very friendly and everything is super clean!
