Emily is AMAZING! She is the only stylist I trust with my hair. She cuts my bangs exactly how I want them everytime! If I go in for a trim she isn't like other people that cut off 1-3", she actually listens to me and respects my wishes and cuts off only what is needed for a trim. I have come in to her for some interesting hair cuts, just show her what I want and she knocks it out of the park every. Single. Time. I showed her a quick little snippet of a character whose hair I wanted, and she gave me the exact hair cut I wanted! I used to have panic attacks every time I'd go to get my hair cut (becuase of previous hair stylists messing up so much) but now when I go to Emily I'm calm as can be! So happy I found her!

Emily is wonderful! She took the time to help me figure out what I wanted and even followed up the next day to make sure I was happy. She’s lovey and talented and I absolutely recommend her salon.

Always easy to make an appointment, have my hair highlighted and cut here and she does a great job. She gets the color spot on every time and my hair doesn’t feel like straw after. I’ve had many issues in the past with color coming out orange or brassy so I’m really glad to find a local spot who is great with color!

Rachelle is amazing! Every time I get my hair done she does an exceptional job! Her haircuts are always exactly what I want and when I have my hair colored or highlighted it looks fantastic! Her and her employee’s are so friendly!!

And I don't even live in Naples anymore! I drive 55 minutes from Rochester, have lunch and make a day of it. Rachelle Cromwell is just so intuitive in terms of what fits my lifestyle. Went for a big ol' blondie highlight and have gotten so many compliments. I just love this place.
