She took the time to examine my hair. We discussed her observations and she "fixed it"! She was even able to make me a custom product to address my hair and scalp troubles at home. She's up on the latest trends and has a wealth of product and procedural info. The transition in my hair has been amazing! But I'd keep going back for the shampoos alone (killer scalp massage).
