Poor customer service!! The boho hair is not real human. It gets matted and tangled! Their timing is awful. They will always have you waiting and the owner is never prepared for the customer. She gets you there and doesn’t have the hair that you want and she try’s to convince you to use anything that she has. I will not be going back! Don’t go there!!!

Worst worst place I ever been to notice I said place cause they're to unprofessional to be called a beauty salon first of all I gets there 12noon she informs me her sister would be here by 1pm so I opted to wait the hr it is now 3:21 pm precisely as of this post my hair is in the same condition it was in when I arrived then to add insult to injury she tells me the sister that was supposed to be coming is eating and that she lives across the street I was to thru I walked outside to call my ride cause I'm like this lady got ten minutes to get here or I'm outta here of course she never shows while outside calling my ride she locked the shop up with my miscellaneous belongings and my McDonald's inside I'm banging on the door looking crazy whole time she no where to be found and this is there e
