Diva's Nail Spa

I do not recommend this place to anyone. This is my first time here and I was getting my nails removed. As you can see in the pictures I have multiple cuts on me from him taking them off. I still have acrylic left on a couple of my nails as well(and I don't want to go back in and continue to get scratched up)and $15 for that is insane to me I definitely feel scammed out of money. The man who was doing my nails couldn't even speak any english it seemed I tried to ask him if I needed to put all of my nails in the acetone after doing it multiple times and seeing my thumb was the problem but he didn't understand what I was saying and insisted I put them all in there and if you know from experience cuts on your fingers and acetone in them hurts very bad. Please do not bother coming here.My nail

I have been coming here for almost a year after we moved to the area from Suagr Hill… never had any issues before other than polish chipping quickly , And I do pay more for gel polish . However yesterday was the most horrible experience I have ever had and I still had to pay almost $80 for terrible service . I had asked for a manger but apparently she was the one handling me was the manager which I wasn’t even aware of until then . One thing I do know is I had to walk away paying almost $80.00 just to have bloody toes and the wrong color toe polish ,,,Never again will I come back there and do this … I thought about talking about what exactly happed to me but instead I left with my right toe where there was an ingrown as there always is .. my toe is still bleeding almost 24 hours later you

first of, i want to start off with, what i asked for and what i got. i posted the pictures below. Second of i want to say they are kinda rude, my friend was getting her nails done after me and she accidentally messed up the nail polish and the lady started getting mad at her and my friend was saying sorry and all she did was stare at her and complain. When i got my nails done, i asked for hearts, the hearts look like good from really far away but from kinda close up, they look like i smudged it everywhere. When she was filing down my nails she went way to far back she she KNEW she was going to far back on my pointer finger, middle finger, pinky, it hurt so bad.

I went in with a photo of what I wanted and didn’t receive anything close to it. The nails are bumpy, crooked, the wrong shape, color and wrong design. The service was rude and they charged me $60 for this. The first photo is what I asked for and the second is what I received.

Spent 2 hours here for him to put on the wrong sns color on one hand...30 more minutes to take it off...and you then leave looking like this...and they charged me $10 for what they think was getting a manicure...does this look like a manicure to you?! My nails have sns, cotton, and residue on them!! Nope nope nope .
