Divas Hair Salon

It seems that the owner isn't eager to cut hair every time I've requested her. The first visit I had an appointment, but she was running an errand so I had to wait over 30 minutes for her return. Second time with appt, they didn't have me down and they had no idea I was coming in. Third time I was a walk in. I asked for the owner, Hortencia, again. She was there but had someone else cut my hair. She wasn't tending to another customer, but didn't have time for me nonetheless. I have never felt welcome there. More of an imposition.

I had a fantastic experience coming here for my first time! Sarai cut my hair and gave me a fresh fade exactly how I like my hair to be cut. Highly recommend this spot for anyone! It’s a beautifully kept salon with a luxurious style! Go see Sarai for an awesome haircut!!

I had a great experience with the owner who was available for a walk in for my daughter. She is mixed and has tight curls, and we had such a good outcome for her first hair cut. Ortencia was pleasant and patient, now Claire wants to go every week for a wash and style. I highly recommend Divas Salon.

I first made my appt thinking the salon was located in Georgetown per the ad but it was in Round Rock. I was looking for someone closer but decided to go ahead. I used Google to find the studio but it kept dropping me off in the wrong place. I arrived maybe 10 min late and apologized profusely explaining what happened. This was for a 2+ hour appt. Jen immediately told me I was late and she had cancelled the appt. She didn't want to hear anything and told me I would have to reschedule but would owe the fee. Since I knew I was a few minutes late I was going to offer to walk out wet to make up for it but she would hear anything and told me to leave. I was pretty upset but left. Subsequently, she sent a nasty email to me which was very unprofessional. I would never go back. She charged me $190
