First experience going to a hair store. My mother just recently got diagnosed with cancer and she needed a wig I had no idea what kind of wig or anything. Umai was very kind and helped me pick out a lace front and a bandanna wig. I 100% recommend coming here!! Staff is super kind and very helpful.

This is my go to hair store I can usually find just about everything I am long for here. They are always very nice and helpful.

I purchased one of their Diva Glam human hair wigs, and I’m very disappointed with the quality. The wig displayed on the mannequin appeared full and luxurious, but the one I received was thin, flimsy, already shedding, and had an unpleasant odor. Unfortunately, due to the return policy, I wasn’t able to return the wig despite spending over $200 on it. While the woman at the counter was polite, I didn’t feel she genuinely cared when I expressed my concerns. Additionally, the man (possibly the owner) simply stared at me in an uncomfortable way without offering any assistance. This experience has left me very dissatisfied.

Love this store! They always have a great selection of hair products and everything I need is easy to find The staff is friendly and helpful and the prices are really good too Definitely my go to hair store

Love this store. Everytime I come to Colombus I stop here. Mainly because there is a BBQ stand on the same parking lot and this store has everything I need and more.
