I had an appointment scheduled for December 16th at 6:00 PM and arrived early at 5:45 PM, only to find the shop closed. I later saw an email showing my appointment was canceled about four hours prior, but I did not receive any phone call, text, or voicemail. After I reached out by email, I was told the cancellation was due to booking the wrong service, yet the only color options available online were Color Consultation, Demi-Permanent Color, and Color Per Bundle. Permanent color was not listed, making the situation confusing. This experience was frustrating and could have been handled more professionally and with clearer communication and booking options. I also never received any further responses to the questions I had nor any form of an apology for the inconvenience.

Service was booked this morning for today 7/20/2025. Stylist braided 3 feed in braids as requested. Stylist was asked to make sure a spot was covered with braiding. The 3 braids were too tight she braided hair in the front that should've been left out. Parts were not straight, area not covered as requested, braiding looks very unprofessional, unpolished and rushed. Stylist offered dirty mirror to review hair. After getting home and looking at hair the disappointment and now stuck to either wear this mess to work or take down is unbelievable. Stylist should've spoke up and said 4 braids would've worked better. She said nothing of the sort instead had my head looking crazy. So I took my hair down 24 hours later and my head is so sore. I usually don't do reviews, but my hair looks a hot mess. The parts are all different sizes and uneven. I am dissatisfied with the quality of my hair. Had to put in a ponytail just to make it look better

I am the parent of a very special daughter with disabilities, autism and developmental delays that other beauticians have had extreme experiences with. We've had such bad experiences in past that as a mom I gave up getting her hair done. My daughter was treated to a makeover day and spa for her 13th birthday by her aunt this past weekend. She and her own daughter are frequent customer of Ms. VERONICA and she took her there to get her hair done. My daughter did not cry, she did not have any meltdowns, and sje was done in less than an hour. My child natural hair was silk pressed, nobjarmful chemicals her hair was absolutely beautiful. I normally do not have any issues because I’ve had my hair done a few times here however, I am very disappointed. I recently had my hair done in feed-in braids only 4 days ago in my hair is already messed up and I haven’t done anything. First, I paid for a service that was not given to me because the description stated 9-10 braids and I needed to have 6packs of hair. I only received about 6 braids and had a lot of hair left over which was a waste, the style i asked for is not what i received. The style i showed in a picture i showed the stylist was not given to me and my style wasn’t set properly so it didn’t last.
