Diva Nails ( Under New Management by Holly&Scott)

Had the WORST experience here last night! 2 different men worked on my feet because the first guy didn't know anything regarding doing a pedicure. I chose the $35 pedicure and he didn't so much as touch my cuticles, clean under my toenails, or cut my toenails!!!! I then requested another person. The other guy attempted to finish what the other guy started, and I left with my 2 feet looking like they belong to 2 different people. Bad customer service, didn't sanitize the tools and brushes until I requested, and still did nothing to make their unhappy customer feel better! NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!

The manager caused a small cut on one of my nail bed that draw blood (didn't apologize) while peeling off my acrylic overlay. He said nothing & just went on to the next finger. I said "what are you going to do it's bleeding," his response was "I'll put alcohol on it." After peeling off my acrylic overlay there was that dark green fungus on one of my nails (left overlay on too long) I asked if he was going to put any Fungus treatment on it, he said "I don't have Walmart does," but was going to put another overlay on. I've been getting my nails done for years and the only place I've ever seen fungus treatment is in Nail Salons. I didn't get the overlay & asked for a manicure. He bearly touched my cuticles. NEVER AGAIN!

I have been going to Holly and Scott for at least 1 year or more. Holly does a great job on my nails every time. Scott does my pedis. Never once have I had a bad experience.

Love this place, clean quick and affordable.
