I don't believe I have ever left a bad review. I try to post positive or not say anything thinking that maybe someone just had a bad day. However, this place is legitimately terrible. I've stopped going all together. Nail jobs are terrible. There's a couple of guys who seem like they're on drugs. Unfortunately, I went as a walk in and had one of those guys do my nails. He was rough with my hands and cut the skin around one of my nails. I let it go because it wasn't like he cut my finger off and accidents happen. After he did a hand massage that somehow worked it's way to my upper arms. Now, keep in mind, I've lost a lot of weight and deal with excess skin on my upper arms. The first pick is what I wanted. The customer service, care, and attention to detail lacks. Just not going to return.

I have gone to DIVA many times. Some of their services were good some so so but this was the worst pedicure I have experienced. Guy only did one coat of polish he thought I wasn’t paying attention so I had to ask for second coat then he goes outside to smoke n did not do a top coat. I complained to the others they all looked at me confused. They had to go get him. I was the only one in salon the whole time. Now I know y Not going there every again

Nothing worse than getting your nails done and getting upset every time you look at them. I came in for a simple acrylic overlay; my index finger acrylic had popped off so that needed to be fixed as well. If I’m paying $40 to get my nails done I expect the shape to be the same.. I had to ask the gentleman to fix the shape repeatedly until I ultimately had to walk out with them looking like this. I wish I had gone somewhere else. I have to go home and completely file and reshape my nails myself. I can find better service somewhere else: Luxor nails is down the street off Maroa and Shaw, you’re better off going there honestly.

I didn't care for the service. The guy who did my french manicure was very slow some of my tips were round others straight. My nails were to bulky also. I will not go back.
