I haven’t had my nails done in 8 months, finally was able to get my nails done today after having to wait for my real nail to grow back, waited outside in the parking lot for an hour for them to open, was the first one in the building for a full set. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, was so nice to her, and unfortunately left really disappointed. The lady was not nice, she rushes through your nails like she has somewhere better to be. I was charged an extra $5 for the shape (stiletto) and they are barely pointy, one looks almond shaped, and 2 nails are completely crooked. They look nothing like the picture I showed her, and she made me air dry them instead of putting them under UV, she said it’s because I didn’t pay for gel polish. Wish I could give a no Star review. They were very rude the day I went in to get a full set of nails. I had both my granddaughters with me and they charged me $30.00 to just paint the nails on my 8 yr old I was expecting $20.00 but not $30.00 and the nail polish came off the next day. Mine and my oldest granddaughters nails we had done didn’t even last 2 weeks they broke and started lifting off within the first week. I would not recommend getting your nails done here and if you like to be treated rudely, then that would be the place to go, but that is not how I like to be treated and if they have a business, they shouldn’t be treating people like that I will not be using them again. Posting for a friend: They usually do a pretty good job, but this time the experience was disappointing. My friend didn’t like the color of her nails, so she went back the next day to get the same color I had — [powder cover a34]. The staff immediately told her, “You don’t want to do that, you’ll have to get a full new set and pay full price.” She didn’t care about the cost — she wanted her nails taken off and a fresh set in the color she wanted, and she was perfectly willing to pay full price. However, they kept overriding her choice and insisted she pick a completely different color instead of simply letting her get what she asked for. If a customer is willing to pay for a full new set, they should be allowed to get the color they want without being talked out of it. This was frustrat

Took my daughter in about an hour until closing. We both got full sets and had an amazing experience. Definitely recommend. We will not be going anywhere else from now on. Loved it! Thank you for your kindness.

The name “Diva nail salon” is very fitting. If I could give 0 stars I would. This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I was helped by someone named Steve, who had a terrible attitude from the moment I walked in. He was rude, dismissive, and made the entire appointment uncomfortable. What made it even worse was that while doing my nails, he started talking about how he hates white men. My white boyfriend was sitting right next to me the whole time. It was completely inappropriate, offensive, and disgusting behavior. There is absolutely no excuse for that kind of unprofessional conduct. I will never be back, and I strongly suggest others take their business elsewhere. If you want to be treated with basic respect, Diva is not the place. Nails are fine, att
