The salon is very clean and organized. The staff are professional and polite. My nails look smooth and shiny. Great experience overall.

My Name is Kimberly, I dont know why my sons name is showing..... I just got out of a nail appointment that I was ready to cry with how my nails turned out. I road raged and found DIVA NAILS! It's literally right down the street from my house! I met Andrew and OMG, he is amazing!! The shop is beautiful！We had a great time! I chose the white wine and let me tell u, Andrew is a master at his craft and he ensures his staff is at his level of quality. I used to go to his brother for my nails but his brother passed and Andrew left Reno for some time BUT! I'm so happy he decided to come back and even though the other nail salon did a horrible job, I'm glad the did or I wouldn't have found DIVA Nails!.. I would like to start this review with noting first everyone here was very warm and welcoming. Now I came in for acrylic toes and this is what I received in the picture not good quality. The nails are in uneven bumpy and ugly. I did not get chance to really look at them until I got home. So disappointed. They refused to refund me in full.

The attention to detail here is amazing. The technician shaped my nails exactly how I wanted. The color selection is also fantastic. I left feeling so satisfied with my nails.
