Waited 3 hours for a manicure & pedicure. Left with just my nails painted a color I settled for because the color I wanted didn't come in gel. Thought it would be worth the wait but I guess since it was close to closing by the time they got to me they just wanted to get me out. Never coming back.

I hate to leave a poor review because I have raved about them in the past but the last few sets have been pretty bad with this last set taking the cake. I just had my nails done one week ago today and I have already had one pop off and the rest all have polish that started to peel. I first saw the polish start to peel two days after the service, I chopped it up to I just chipped that nail and then slowly I started noticing the others doing it and today one popped off. This ridiculous no way my hands should look like this after just getting my nails done. I normally love my nails when done by Amy but this time not sure what happened.

Let me say if 0 was a option I would still want to give them negatives! I wanted a pedicure, white tips gel, nothing hard. I noticed they weren’t using gel polish for the tips but it’s my first time here so I didn’t want to tell them how to do their job. Then the top coat goes on and still not gel.. then when I mention something it’s addressed as my fault. So I pay full price for this pedicure… please take a look at the pictures before you choose to go here. There is a place in cape I go to for my hands if you look at my other reviews, I think I will drive there for my feet as well now..

recently their works has been so nice! my acrylics last about 3-4 weeks before they start lifting, for $40 that’s not too bad! i do wish they would do more cuticle care & be nicer to their customers, they do lack that!

I recently went down to Hayti, MO to visit my daughter. We decided to have a girls day and have a manicure and pedicure. Diva Nails in Kennett MO did not disappoint. Their staff was absolutely wonderful, they accommodated all our needs. Their selection of pedicures was phenomenal! I’ve never been to a nail salon better and that’s saying a lot bc I am never without nails! They had hot stone message with the pedicure I picked and it was amazing. I have my festive nails and toes and we had the best time! Every time I visit my daughter we will visit this salon!
