Diva Nail Spa New Windsor

I came here because my usual nail salon was closed. The salon was empty and quiet when I arrived. Two men were working and they switched between doing my hands and feet throughout the appointment. Because they were rotating between my services, it felt like there was very little communication about what had already been done or how I wanted things shaped. The constant switching made the process feel rushed and inconsistent. Unfortunately the service overall did not meet my expectations. My cuticles were overcut and left irritated, and the finished result does not look fresh even though I just had them done. My nails already look about two weeks old. At checkout, one of the technicians repeatedly asked for a tip, which made me uncomfortable given that I was not satisfied with the service. I

I went with my mom and my sister and we absolutely love our nails!! Angela and Tony did a great job definitely will be coming back.

New to the area and needed to find a nail salon ASAP. Upon searching other reviews I found Diva nails and when I got there they saw me immediately. They took their time and my service didnt feel rushed at all. She made sure I knew the prices before begin services as well. Which I appreciated considering being new to the area. Tony was wonderful working on my nails. I will definitely be going there again.

I am a regular customer here. I came in on a Sunday afternoon to get my eyebrows waxed. The loudmouth who does the eyebrows started yelling at me. " No,No No. I BUSY" I Said I would wait and she just kept yelling. It wasn't even busy. I walked out. I will never go back. I went around the corner, to E&K nails and the did a great job. DIVA, YOU JUST LOST A REGULAR CUSTOMER!!

Let’s be clear - I’m a guy who’s had 3 manicures and pedicures in my whole life. In other words, the bar is set pretty low on making me happy with this type of service. But man, even I noticed how horrible things were going and the end result speaks for itself. It looks like I took a sander from the garage and went to town on my fingers. The workers were rushing and just kept accepting more walk-ins, to the point everyone seemed stressed out in the place. I had a better time in my office chair at work, where I honestly think I could have done a better job with a few paper clips and a staple remover.
