After getting the run around from another hair stylist, my friend recommended Miss Diva. From the very beginning (through calls/text) she was engaging. Asked for current photos of my hair, set an appointment and also told me how to prep my hair before hand. When i arrived Miss Diva was so nice and welcoming. I immediately felt comfortable. She explained every single step along the way and even gave me hair tips without me requesting either. Shes so knowledgeable in what shes does and you can tell its more than her job. Its her passion. Im happy she was the person to start me on my loc journey and i will def continue with her. Been receiving non stop compliments since sitting in her chair. Easy to reach, very skilled, and affordable price, why wouldn't i?!

I have been coming to Diva for almost a year now,and I can say this isn’t a salon that you spend 80% of your day. She works on appointments only so the time is reserved for you. Kerry is very creative and fast at her craft. I always get so many compliments from others about my hair , whether work or play . She is also very reasonable price🥰🥰 I always feel when I leave the salon it is money & time well spent😊👏🏽

Went in to inquire and the lady there was rude, didn’t even seem interested in what I had to say, wouldn’t return. She responds on the bottom, I get you probably don’t care but you don’t know how much power one review can make a difference and by the way you’re responding definitely shows how your work is. God has blessed me by not getting my hair done by your shop, god is amazing! As an owner you basically lied, didn’t do a real consult, went somewhere that was very professional and did a great consult, it wasn’t the question that was the problem it was your professionalism, that’s why people always end up in Harlem to braid their because of people like you. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. I called this salon to make an inquiry. The young lady that answered the phone was anything but prepared to provide even the most basic customer service. She gave one-word answers when it would seem necessary for her to expand on her answer. Her speech was lazy and unaffected. When I asked the price for a service, she answered, "I have to see it" (meaning, my hair). I then asked if the price is determined by the length of the hair. All she said was "no". When I further inquired about a price range so that I could be prepared when I come, she answered, "I'm not the owner. I'm just here. The owner's not here". That's when I hung up.
