I’ve tried 4 different nail salons since moving to FL from NYC and needless to say I’ve never been more disappointed in my life! I’ve always tried to wrap my mind around the fact that every time I get a manicure in FL they don’t tell you to wash your hands after all Of the nail filing, they DON’T offer cuticle oil NO hot rags and NO lotion 🤨. Is this not a part of getting a manicure 💅 anymore?? Today was my second time at Diva Day Spa and it left me shocked and thinking 🤔 to myself am I being treated like this because of my skin color? This is mind boggling…you see, I was in the middle of getting a pedicure when I realized that the lady doing my pedicure did not put any pedicure spa tablets/ foot soak tablets in my foot spa. The same tablet was used on the client next to me she was Asian

I had a wedding to attend needed a color change and a nail replaced. Was at the Mall so why not?? Got a simple French manicure with white gel toes. The new nail fell off in 2 days 😩 my toes definitely aren't gel polished at all. Plus I have another nail that is loose!!

I went in for a pedicure about a month ago. I asked if they could do my nails because they are very very very very short. I’m a nail biter and it is really disgusting what my hands looked like. The lady that was doing my feet said no, she could not do my nails. But mimosa said yes I can. We can do it today. I have been going to her for the last month. I’ve had one fill so far. I’m due for another one and I have to say that none of my nails Have broke, which is amazing for how short they are. Mimosa is awesome!!!!

Extremely disappointed with this salon. Paid $80 for a manicure and pedicure, and they still pushed for tips. The work was awful – uneven polish, rough edges, and my heels were barely touched. The past two visits (different technicians each time), both experiences were equally bad.

I always come here to get dip nails. They are kind, professional and so welcoming here! My nails are always perfect and last so long. I highly recommend them!! Mimosa is a fantastic nail tech.
