I am a very loyal customer and out of all three locations the staff is amazing and they are always so kind and courteous. However the owner is rude and speaks negative on some customers and those of us who are hair stylists we are putting our business cards in his store to promote and he's apparently throwing them away period business cards and flyers are not cheap and as a hair stylist who has never done anything but treat them well, it took me by surprise therefore I will not be doing any more business with them at all and I was actually promoting their business cards to my clients for my businesses and I will no longer refer anyone to their stores. They have amazing customer service and were the only beauty supply that could color match my branding hair perfectly.

I used to frequent this store but after my last two visits I will never shop here again. The first unpleasant encounter I brushed it off, thinking the young lady behind the register may have been having a bad day. We all do. But weeks later! I encountered the same young lady, who still had the same nasty, condescending attitude. She acted as very disinterested in assisting me and began to mumble under her breath. When I asked what she said I was met with an eye roll and a response of “nothing.” All very unfortunate because the convenience of the location and the quality of the products is why is frequented this store. The vibe that I feel while in here is always bad. There is a black woman near the wigs or the man up front who always make it seem as though you are stealing by staring, and following you down the wig aisle. The black woman specifically. Which they shouldn’t do because I’m not buying anything from somebody who makes me feel uncomfortable. It’s unfortunate for them because they’re missing out on hundreds of dollars from me.
