I was referred to this place by a friend as I needed someone to braid my hair and my regular stylist was unable to do the requested style. First, I want to say I was grateful to find someone who could braid me and my daughters hair the same day. The women who did my braids was super sweet and did her best to recreate the style. Honestly, I was shocked by the overall cleanliness of the shop as it was filthy shape from the front door to the bathroom. I let this go as I was just hoping to leave with a beautiful hairstyle for my family vacation. From the moment I saw the style I was not pleased. I was going to chop it up but once I seen the large braids in the back of my head coupled with a style I didn’t request, I returned as I did pay for a style I didn’t receive. I also felt bad becaus

I’m really not sure what the bad comments are about but let’s just say they got me alllll the way right!!! I booked sooooo last min and they took me in got me done in 2 hours and my braids are nice and neat … I will definitely be returning and I don’t regret tipping on spending my money period 🔥🔥👏

VERY welcoming, Kid-friendly, Outgoing and a fast braider! They were all amazing I definitely would recommend and WILL be going back!! The style took the time to find 3 different colors for me( hair was included) that matched my skin tone! Blended very well it looked like it came that packaged this way. The stylist was so gentle while braiding and even asked about my edges! Again they made us feel super super comfortable it felt like a family member was doing my hair.

You definitely get what you paid for. My parts are crooked which normally wouldn't be an issue, but they're crooked at the front part of my head. It makes it extremely obvious. Also, one of the women put her finger in my eye while braiding. She didn't seem to even care that I was a human. She also ripped out some of my hair while braiding and was incredible rough with me for no reason. Lastly, the store is disgusting. There was trash all over the place.

My husband booked an appointment today for 11am Feb 23, 2024. We do not live in durham and he drove all the way there just for them to say come back at 3pm. He goes back at 3pm and sits there for a whole hour and finally leaves. After all the business we gave them. We will never return. Very unprofessional to over book and not communicate that. People expect to get their services done at the time agreed upon and he wasn't late. No apologies or nothing.
