Discover Smiles Pediatric Dentistry

We had such a wonderful experience at Discover Smiles for my daughter’s very first dentist appointment. From start to finish, the visit was easy, positive, and quick—exactly what you hope for with a young child. Alivia was incredibly kind and patient, and Dr. Shaikh was fantastic at making my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. I’m so grateful for how smooth and stress-free they made this milestone for our family. Highly recommend Discover Smiles to any parent looking for a great pediatric dental experience.

Brought my 3yr old in and they were the absolute best with him! giving so much patience for my busybody of a toddler and working fast enough to let him wiggle when it was needed. I unfortunately cant remember Dr. Shaik's hygienists name but we LOVEDDD her! She was so soft spoken, kind and gave high praise to him when he was finished with his appointment. They have a "comfort menu" for children to pick flavored toothpaste, toothbrush and a preferred sensory toy to pick which i think is a brilliant idea. Its obviously a pediatric dentistry but i really absolutely loved that everything is done with the children in mind, and all kinds of children at that. We will definitely continue to bring our boy here as long as we can!

EVERY single time I have taken my children they have messed up the billing and have charged literally thousands of dollars for my kids to get simple cleanings. Then it takes weeks and hours to get billing straightened out. I have delta dental it should not be that difficult. Also every time we go they want to put a filling in every baby tooth that wont even last for a year or two before they fall out on their own. I fell for it once and paid $3000 for my son to get fillings on his baby teeth! This place is the biggest billing scam and chaos I have ever seen. I will never go here again.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! My son has had two falls that resulted in a pretty bad tooth trauma that resulted in an extraction. He is 2 1/2 so we were so stressed! We’ve had 6 appts in the last 9 months and Dr. Shake, Dr. Ramaswami, and the rest of the team have been compassionate, patient, and kind. They took such amazing care of our little one throughout this entire process and I am so grateful. ❤️

First off, we love the doctors and hygienists. All 4 of our children have gone there for the last 18+ years. The issues all rest with the office staff. "Estimates" for dental work that are not even close and then you get suprise bills. Their text message system is sub-par and sometimes you dont get them. Their "10 minute policy" for being late is a joke. The roads were slick from last night's snow, so arriving took longer than expected(left early but got stuck behind lots of slow drivers), but we arrived at 7:54am and went to check in for my son's 7:40am appointment(which we have wrote down as a 7:45 appointment). There were NO other patients in the waiting room, and when checking in, was told we needed to reschedule because we were past the 10minute window, mind you this is after a 35 min
