i really don’t like writing reviews like this but the experience i had with this salon was disappointing to say the least. the scheduler and stylist were welcoming and friendly when i went for my initial appointment, the salon is clean, etc. that’s the two stars. i asked for layers on my hair, which was down to the small of my back, and is wavy/curly. i liked the layering near the top of my hair after the cut, but the bottom most layer i could tell was not cut at all to match up with the rest of the hair, there was a separation of about 3 inches. i messaged the stylist very kindly and asked her to adjust the cut to just blend the layer in more because my curl pattern underneath is not as strong, which is why there may have been a disconnect. when i came back in for the adjustment, it was

I always see Ryan; and have since I started coming to this salon. He books up quite fast, so sometimes it's a wait to see him, but oh is it worth it! Sometimes I've gone in there not exactly a 100% sure of what I wanted, but explained in broad terms what I would like to have happen. Ryan has always been patient, asked me multiple times before cutting, to get an idea of what I truly want - and then double checks through out the cut to see how everything is going for me thus far. I've gone from long to short hair, from fades, to pixie cuts, to undercuts. Ryan is always helpful and super knowledgeable! I always refer people to this salon, because it truly is one of the best places I've gotten my hair cut at. I've never had a problem, and highly suggest that people get their hair cut by

My hair looked old and tired before. I sent an inspiration picture and several emails to get the.look I wanted. Linda did a great job listening to the how wide I wanted the panels of hair color and that I didn't want to see the color coming out of my skull like a Skittles rainbow. I am hoping my red gets bolder, but I love the white streaks! I definitely need to go back to get the gold done better and get a cut similar to the inspiration photo. Thank you for listening Linda. It doesn't sound like a hard thing to do but at 60 years old I have had more stylists do what they want rather than hear me.

linda is FANTASTIC, and very passionate about their craft. super encouraging, full of great ideas, funny and charming, and has made me feel so good about myself. my hair has never looked better!! wonderful stylist, worth every dollar! thank you linda!!!! also wanted to add the salon itself is so cozy, cute, comfortable and everyone is SO friendly and welcoming. such a warm and delightful atmosphere. i’m so glad i found yall 🫶

I scheduled with Linda for the first time and they gave me exactly what I asked for. I felt safe and had great conversation - though don’t feel pressured to talk the whole time. Linda is very accommodating if you don’t wish to talk during your appointment. I’m so happy with my haircut - I asked for layers and Linda served! Can’t wait to come again. :)
