I’m absolutely smitten with my new nails from Jolie! 🥰 They’re just the perfect length for me. I’ve been searching for someone who can do long nails, and Jolie is the one. She truly listened to my preferences and executed an incredible job! I highly recommend her! 11/10

I came in with my own gel polish for a fill and pedicure, yet I was charged the full gel-polish price without anyone telling me beforehand. The tech called her boss after the service when I asked why I was being charged for something I didn’t use. I was told it didn’t matter. I was charged for something I didn’t even use. That’s unacceptable communication and service. I won’t be back!

I visited Dip Nail and Spa for the first time on my birthday last month because my regular nail technician was unavailable. My husband and I both came in for pedicures. Before the service started, I clearly explained that I wanted all of my toenails cut completely down because I have a large nail bed and my nails grow back quickly. I was very specific about this request. The pedicurist trimmed my nails but did not cut them down the way I asked. When I looked at them and asked him to cut them down further, he told me he couldn’t because I “wouldn’t have any toenail.” That was actually my request from the beginning. Instead of listening, he continued the service and left my toenails squared off, which I also did not ask for. When I got home and looked more closely, I was unhappy with the res
