Dioza Dry Bar

Dioza dry bar was absolutely amazing! Unexpected location but once you step inside, you’re in a whole new world. Comfortably dark inside with beautiful mood lighting, beautiful artwork and decor, serene music playing, very comfortable table for the head spa, it was heated and soft. Dioza did a spectacular job with the treatment and massage. The lavender essential oil and all the other product smells were so good. She has a true passion for the work she does and it shows. Will definitely be back, thank you!

The services I did receive were nice and relaxing, and the woman who performed them was very sweet as well. However, I’m pretty upset about the services I didn’t receive that were mentioned on the Groupon page and supposed to be included. I purchased the 90 minute VIP Head Spa Treatment, I was only in the building for 80 minutes total, including the time it took to get undressed and redressed. I got the neck, shoulders, head and scalp massage, but not the upper back and arms massage. What I’m most upset about is not receiving the hot stone therapy and scalp analysis with a microscope. I was most looking forward to the scalp analysis, that was the main reason I purchased a Groupon from here. Also the sprinkler arch with the water was not used, only a hose to rinse my hair. Well, the lady seemed nice enough but overall she canceled on me 3 times-the third time I drove all the way there from Gilbert, which took over an hour, and after calling both phone numbers multiple times she finally texted a cancellation message. I was very patient with her through the other cancellations, but this was too much. I am truly upset because this was a present for my friend who I took, and I wasted her time too. I’m also mad that I spent 2 1/2 hours of my day for nothing which wasted gas money. I can’t leave a review on Groupon because I never redeemed the Groupon, so people will probably continue buying it for this business. Wish I could’ve experienced it. It sounds cool but clearly there’s a Customer Service issue.

She’s amazing at what she does! It was such a calm environment and I was greeted very kindly. First head spa i’ve been to and I will definitely be coming back! She’s a jack of all trades with other services like lip injections and massages.
