I really wanted to like this salon, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The listed business hours are unreliable they’re often closed when they’re supposed to be open, which is incredibly frustrating when trying to plan around a busy schedule. On top of that, my interaction with the owner was unexpectedly unpleasant. I found him to be crass and dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving professionalism and consistency
