Had really rude service here today. Not a good experience at all for me or my daughter. Stylist wasn’t at all friendly. Had some issues with pricing. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Not very kind or friendly with kids.

Seriously bummed about my experience. I specifically told them way ahead of time that I had old bleach in the front and super thick hair when I booked my perm. They told me to do a protein treatment 48 hours before, which cost me an extra $35! So I did that, waited over a week for my appointment, and then when I finally sat down, the stylist said she wasn't comfortable perming my hair because of the bleach. Not only that, but she basically told me my hair was too thick for a perm and I'd hate it anyway! So I ended up just getting a toner and trim (her idea), and she quoted me $40 total. But when I went to pay, suddenly it was $55! I feel like I totally wasted that $35 on the protein treatment for nothing. I've since talked to other stylists who said perming bleached hair is possible if it'

Kathleen was amazing with my kids. They all had a ball and enjoyed lots of laughs. Thank you Kathleen so much, my kids laughing brings joy to my heart!!

I need to share my appreciation for Dimensions hair salon. Before my grandpa entered hospice, he wanted one final haircut from his favorite salon, Dimensions. We called and asked for an immediate appointment and after explaining the situation, they said come down right now and we'll be ready for you. They were ready! They treated my grandpa like a king and he looked great after his cut. Thank you so much Dimensions!

It was a great experience! Kathleen cut my hair and gave me lowlights which turned out perfect. I'm a bit nit-picky about how my bangs are cut, and she did a fabulous job! Not to mention, she was able to accommodate my busy work schedule by getting me in the same day I called for an appointment!
