I had such a fun time here! Pat was super kind and warm, and made me feel so comfortable the whole appointment. Everything was really clean and sanitary, which made me relax right away. Pat didn’t rush at all and spent real time with me, and it shows because my nails came out so cute! I’m still smiling every time I look at them. If you want nails that make you happy and a place that feels welcoming, I definitely recommend booking with Pat.

I had an appointment scheduled during my lunch break for a gel polish change on my feet. Unfortunately the experience didn’t start off well. As a first time client, I didn’t feel very welcomed and the interaction felt rushed and a bit impersonal with Courtney (Who I scheduled with). I showed an inspiration photo for the polish, but she mentioned she had another client right after me and wasn’t sure she would be able to finish in time. Since I needed to be back to work by 1:30, it didn’t feel like the right situation to move forward with the service. Especially with the first impression. I asked about rescheduling, but later noticed the appointment had been changed to 2 different technicians and 2 different times without any communication to me. Her work is clean, long-lasting, and exactly what I ask for (usually even better). She’s professional, talented, and makes every appointment so comfortable and enjoyable. Based on other reviews I think I’m in the minority here but I had two appointments with a less than stellar experience unfortunately. My nail tech was incredibly kind and pleasant, but my first appointment I was in the chair for 4 hours (acrylic removal and solid color BIAB) and my second was 3 hours. I came back hoping for a quicker appointment but instead had weekend plans derailed. Additionally, my tech insisted on using mini gems on my nails that I wasn’t crazy about and she seemed to not know how to properly adhere them so I assured her don’t worry about it but she went ahead anyway. I didn’t realize this would be an added cost of $30 either and it’s now a week later and most of them have fallen off. She was incredibly apologetic for the appointment taking so long which I appreciate,
