DiCarlo Salon & Barbershop

No good experience with them. Ones i went there, price was $13 for fixing my haircut. Cashier said do you wanna leave a tip? I said yes and told her make it 20. She just took $20 for tip $13 for cut. After I figured out, they fixed, they said ohhh misunderstanding. ????. Second issue, the owner of the place the only available person to cut my hair. Cashier said its gonna be double price. I said okay. I went there with my long hair and tell him to cut my hair special model of mine. He was like a butcher. He was super fast and made me hurt. Especially with the razor. then I wanted to washed my head went to the area and theres no Hot water. They didn’t tell me that. And they charge $65 for all of that.. After I paid cashier said free side cut in 14 days. I said okay put me in the schedule.

I’m so glad I found Di Carlo! I looked at the bios on the website and I knew Tatiana would be the perfect stylist. Her attention to detail and meticulous work really impressed me. She also took good care of my beard which is something I’ve never had before. I will definitely be back, customer for life.

Kia is great. Friendly, good energy, formidable at her craft, and a great therapist. Also appreciated the front desk person calling back as there was some confusion with services as I am new to the salon. Would recommend to anyone in the downtown Mke area in search of a good hair cut and salon services.

Such a beautiful place, the environment is so peaceful. The people who works there are beyond kind and approachable!!! Love my hair, it looks so healthy. Jay did a perfect job. Definitely I will go back.

The space was unbelievably adorable and clean so… we love! Everyone was super friendly and my girl, Lori, was just a delight!! She was so knowledgeable and passionate about what she did I knew I was in good hands :)
