I’ve been coming to this place for over two years, and I’ve never had any issues. On the contrary, everyone is very kind and always provides excellent service and high-quality work. I believe we should be more considerate and supportive of small businesses, and also understanding about time. If there is ever a mistake, it’s better to communicate and look for a solution rather than leave a negative comment over something that can be easily resolved through conversation 🤷‍♀️🫶

Service is very bad. They barely spend 5 mins for eyebrows and charged me $15. I asked her to clean twice cause it was still not cleaned. But the lady over there was in hurry taking other customer. She didn’t clean it nicely, neither she gave the good shape. Very unprofessional!!!!

I’ve been coming here for a year as it’s close to home and never had a bad experience, until today. Usually I have a younger woman who does my eyebrow threading and she always does a great job. Today I ran in to get them done before a wedding tonight and an older woman was in there. Unsure of names. I was very obviously displeased with the way they looked and asked if she could thin them more and she told me then they’d be too thin. I’ve been getting them the same way for years and know what I like. After two times of her telling me they would be too thin when I told her I didn’t like the shape, I asked her to at least trim them because they were still very long. I’ve been a loyal customer since her previous location across the street, and I can’t recommend her enough! She’s always so sweet and makes sure to ask if you’re happy with your brows at the end, offering to fix anything if needed. Her skills are amazing, and she really prioritizes her customers. I love her stamp system — after 10 services, you get one free, which is a great bonus. My whole family goes to her, and we’ve all been consistently impressed with the quality of service. She’s also super accommodating, offering to come in early or stay late to fit customers in. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch service and care!

Absolutely love this gem! Of the two locations I frequent, this is by far my favorite! I never leave the chair feeling cheated nor dissatisfied. It is very difficult for me to find (beauty) services that I genuinely like (I’m extremely picky) so to have stumbled upon this shoppe was an absolute brow blessing! 💖
