Diane T Salon

I've been going to Diane T Salon for years, and haven't had a problem until recently. I was directed to MINDY who I never had before. She said she had time to give me a gel manicure before her next customer, though she clearly did not since the next customer arrived 10 minutes into my appt. Then she rushed the rest of the manicure. At the end of my manicure MINDY quoted me one price as she charged my cc. When I then checked my cc statement two weeks later, she charged me a higher amount. I called her about this immediately and she said I must have misunderstood her. Nope, I know exactly what amount she said. She said she would refund the difference to me in cash in person. Once I arrived, she was combative and did not refund the money she said she would. She ended up returning just my tip.

Diane is a master of color. I live that I came out looking like me but better. She knows that styles work for you so after 18 years with her I just book the appt and go. That said I have sent friends who have discussed styles with her. Not one has been disappointed.

Diane is great. She always listens to me and what I want done. Gets cut and color done in an hour or so. Runs on schedule to minimize waits. Very thoughtful person. Great to be back with her today after Covid lockdown of 2 plus months.

I have been going to Diane T Salon for at least 10 years or more. She is amazing and always gives a great cut and color. She is very instinctive and knows exactly what to do.

Diane is amazing and fast! I am a loyal customer. She is very well trained at newer haircut styles and techniques.
