I don't really like waisting time writing bad reviews but Diana's work and unprofessional manner of doing business were so disappoining. The general impression is that Diana doesn't really take care of her clients once they came out of her cabinet. Three times in a row I've got my eyelashes overcurled and looked awful. I am always trying to be very understanding and patient if someone is not very experienced. But she just IGNORED my messages and calls many times. (Long story below) I've got the eyelash lift and tint four times. First time it was pretty good and I decided to continue to visit her salon. Second time I've got my eyelashes too overcurled. I reached her out but, unfortunately, she said she is sick. Of course, I can understand that and wait but I can't understand if you provide

I drive 2 hours to get my lash lift from Diana - she is the best! I have tried other locations close to my home, and the results were disappointing. The lash lift done by Diana looks very natural and easily lasts 6-8 weeks. It’s worth the drive! Her boutique is clean, relaxing, and nicely decorated. I trust her implicitly. I have been using her services for over a year, and will continue to come visit her.

I have been a satisfied customer for more than 3 years. On top of having great prices Diana's Skin Boutique has always been accommodating and professional while keeping a relaxed environment for all her clients . I've received Waxing and Eyelash Lift services every 6-8 weeks for the last 3 years and most recently tried the Non Invasive BBL (Vacuum Brazilian) which i was very pleased with. The quality of her work is great, I had my Brazilian wax at European Wax Center and they always left hair behind, i always felt like i was being rushed and with Diana's Skin Boutique she makes sure every little hair is pulled and assures I am satisfied before leaving her table. Diana is the best! She's the only person I trust to lift and tint my lashes and brows. It always comes out natural but elevated and never overdyed/drying. Plus, she's a lovely, positive person and super easy to talk to. I've recommended her to all my friends.
