I have been coming here for years. Diana's Hair Salon is the only place I trust with my hair (yes, I am picky!). Thank you for always making my hair beautiful. I live in Valencia and it is worth the drive! Thank you Ines and Diana for your excellent customer service and quality work I truly appreciate you both!

Good service, quick, gentle on hair, kind, good advice about hair care. She cut only what i asked for and never cut more before asking. My hair feels alive. My 1st time and ill be going back. Thank you.

All I wanted was my hair washed and curled for my birthday! I left very unhappy, it’s was very old fashioned, my curls were done by the straightener very ugly curls. I was told several times my hair was very very damaged etc. When I was paying she was charging me almost $30 more than the actually price. I told her she was wrong after I myself did the calculations. Her own coworker told her as well and she was very rude to her basically telling her to mind her own business. I wish I would of asked for the ladies name but she has very short hair and it’s maybe in her 50s.

Unfortunately I went in for a butterfly layered haircut and left with a botched, chopped up haircut. My hair is completely ruined, when I went back to show the owner the botched up haircut and asked for it to be fixed, I was shocked to hear her say she saw what the stylist was doing but didn’t say anything. I got an apology and an attempt at fixing the damage that was done; however, she even stated there was little she could do and I had to give it time for the hair to grow back. She cut to try to fix what she could but charged me to fix some of the damage that was done. I’ll never go back. Please watch every step of what they’re doing and make sure you’re facing the mirror at ALL times
