Owner doesn’t deal in good faith business practice

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Diana is truly amazing, her communication and customer service are top tier. Everything about my experience with her was wonderful. The salon itself is cute and cozy, and her receptionist, Dee, is incredibly sweet and welcoming. I have very curly hair, and in the past, whenever I’ve had it straightened, it never lasted more than 24 hours and my scalp would feel tender. That was not the case with Diana at all. She walked me through every step of the process, explaining what she was doing and why, which I really appreciated. She was so gentle while detangling, drying, and straightening my hair. I left the salon with my hair feeling unbelievably soft and healthy. I usually only straighten my hair twice a year, but after this experience, I’ll defin
